As part of the property acquisition, PPF conducts a detailed inspection and examination of the available documents and records the data in its ERP systems. This creates the basis for detailed documentation and the foundations for day-to-day management. As soon as you invest in a building, we undertake initial revenue and expenditure analyses, identifying potential and savings opportunities to improve efficiency.
These insights are used to define targets. Your central contact partner and property manager will then derive sub-objectives for our technical, accounting and commercial activities. This is one of the main tasks when supervising, organising and controlling service providers and reviewing revenue and expenditure. Our regular monthly, quarterly and annual appraisals provide detailed information about the property's condition, rental or vacancy rates, tenant quality and turnover, maintenance costs and management efficiency. We will also make suggestions for improving the management.
