At the end of 2018, the PPF took over a series of exciting tasks for project development in the heart of Lübeck city centre.
In taking on the development of the Trave district, PPF Immobilien Management's aim is to maintain and create value for its customer.
The initial stage of the project development will involve the renovation of the fresh water and sewer pipes. During the refurbishment, the bathrooms will also be modernised and the apartments completely redeveloped at tenants' request.
The second stage includes the value creation phase. We are currently investigating ways of optimising the space. Converting the attics will free up usage reserves that will create additional living space in a crowded residential environment.

The third stage consists of reviewing the building technology.
During this phase, the efficiency of the current equipment will be examined for potential energy savings and adapted and optimised to the current usage if necessary. Any savings and building technology improvements will then be incorporated into the marketing strategy, in order to improve the "goodwill" and external image of the property, together with the modernisation measures.
