In technical object management, we ensure the continued operation and management of the property, including all contracts for maintenance, cleaning and other services. Regular object visits and documentation are part of the maintenance and repair services. All necessary maintenance, modernization and optimization measures are planned and coordinated with you in accordance with the business plan. For these planned measures, our technical department sends out the necessary requests for proposals, reviews and awards the respective orders and monitors their implementation. It is also responsible for the warranty management following completion of the work. All of these processes are fully transparent and comprehensive.
