In September 2014, Ms. Richter-Hansen started with us as a real estate manager. Before that she worked for several large Hamburg companies. Due to her extensive experience, she took over the management of our operational property management one and a half years after joining the company, from which she switched to project development for existing properties from 2017 until retirement on June 1, 2020.

In 2015 there had already been plans for the optimization of the real estate holdings of individual investors who had their properties managed by the PPF. The crowning glory was the implementation of their plans for the complete renovation of the residential complex in Hamburg Cranz, which started in summer 2018.

The cornerstones of their concept were the energy requirements from the EnEV and the adjustment of the living standard to today's customer requirements with the help of sophisticated financing. With a good construction team, constant coordination with the investor and the financial institutions, as well as extensive personal support for the tenants during the construction phase, Ms. Richter-Hansen successfully completed the project and then in connection to retire.

You contributed a lot to the development of our company and strengthened us with your knowledge and know-how. For this we owe you thanks and recognition.

Now a new phase of life awaits you with completely different priorities - certainly no less interesting. Now you have time to pursue your numerous and complex interests.
