Jacobsen Group has created the opportunity to push the district development of the newly acquired and already extensive properties. As an asset manager and close partner for the W. Jacobsen Group, the PPF has the investigation of the development possibilities of the location - Obere Holstenstraße in Kiel - including the implementation of inspections,
the coordination of specialist planners, experts and the representation of the interests of the client towards the authorities as well as participation in specialist conferences, development committees and various workshops organized by the city. After completing the meta-analysis, the PPF transferred the results to the potential analysis of Holstenstraße 18-20 and managed the entire acquisition process. With the successful purchase, this property will also be handed over
