The finished houses were carried out by a specialist engineer the first blowerDoor Tests and passed with flying colors.

The air-tightness of the buildings was measured. For this, the front doors, windows and window ventilation had to be closed and taped. In the respective building entrances, the measuring device was used and the amount of outflowing air was measured with the aid of differently generated air pressures. The aim is to demonstrate the lowest possible air leakage.

The tolerance for grants is 3.0. The values measured in the Estebogen were 1.2 to 1.6. We are very proud of this result.
