The completion of the state-of-the-art new building on Hamburger Straße is nearing completion. 28 residential units and 3 commercial units will be available from March.

From an architectural point of view, the object with its horizontal building structure and the arched corner orientation forms a kind of entrance gate to Ahrensburg city center. The residential units based on the concept of the city apartment rely on a high level of inner-city mobility with public transport and bicycles up to e-mobility.

The building consists of 3 upper floors and an overlying staggered floor, in which there are a total of 28 residential units, divided into 2-4-room apartments. The ground floor offers space for 3 commercial units. Every apartment is accessible by elevator.

The PPF works out the rental concepts in coordination with the owner and places the marketing. The subsequent rental is carried out by our experienced landlords.

Property management is currently preparing the property for future management. This includes the creation of an ancillary cost accounting concept, the awarding of technical maintenance services, emergency services, insurance and other services of proper administration.

The PPF takes over the operational management of the house from the day of completion and supports the owner in the strategic organization.
