By renting the commercial space on the first floor to an ophthalmologist, PPF has succeeded in bringing another well-known doctor to the historic Jacobsen House.

As the commissioned property and asset manager, PPF has managed the entire management process, from letting to coordinating changes in use to the ready-to-build handover to the tenant.

PPF has thus once again contributed to the development of the Jacobsen House and will continue to support the tenant in the area of future property management.
