What is funded?

Floor-level showers, stair lifts, barrier-free access to the courtyard, garage or garbage cans, but also smart home applications such as e.g. B. for electric shutters are eligible. Conversion measures or the purchase of converted living space are subsidized with up to 6,250 euros. The grant is independent of age. In addition, the subsidy must be applied for before the renovation work can begin. Tenants can also apply for the subsidy, but should make a modernization agreement with their landlord.

Subsidy important for demographic change
