In the early summer of 2020, the PPF took over the new lease and property management of a state-of-the-art new building in the city centre of Ahrensburg. The building combines modern architecture with exclusive living comfort based on the highest energy standards for sustainable living.

Within a short time we rented all 28 residential units - from the chic 2-bedroom apartment to the exclusive penthouse apartment. After successful full rental, our experienced property department is pleased to be working with the new tenants.
