To strengthen the Jacobsen portfolio in Kiel, located in one of the oldest shopping streets in Germany, the office and commercial building at Holstenstrasse 14-16 was purchased by the Jacobsen Group. The basis of the purchase was the potential analysis we prepared and study of possible future use. PPF Immobilien Management GmbH was in charge of the entire purchase process including the acquisition, the implementation of the commercial and support for the technical and legal due diligence. We are now looking forward to transferring the property to our in-house property management and to being able to put the planned further development into practice through a targeted mix of leasing, marketing and renovation strategies.
