PPF stands for comprehensive property management with individually tailored real estate strategies.

Property Management

Tenant and contract management

As an authorised property manager, we actively represent your rights and obligations under the rental agreement.

Our key to success is a balanced relationship between landlord and tenant, taking account of your objectives.

Building-/ Facility management

Using commercial and technical building management measures, we take good care of all aspects of your property.

We ensure the long-term preservation of technical equipment and facilities via regular inspections and maintenance interval compliance checks. We coordinate external suppliers and supervise the necessary repair and maintenance work if required.

Running costs management

We use internal and external benchmarks to optimise running costs in order to increase your property's appeal for prospective tenants.

As well as our annually produced service charge invoices, we also actively analyse all types of running costs with the aim of reducing outlay and creating invoice transparency.

Property and financial accounting

Our qualified staff are responsible for the billing and accounting of your real estate.

We ensure smooth payments. In consultation with your tax advisor, we arrange your advance VAT declaration and provide detailed monthly accounts.

Building optimisation

Capitalise on your potential with our help and benefit from long-term earnings security that serves to preserve and increase the value of your property.
